This larger kit works well as a large garage with workshop space, or as an animal barn. The loft has lots of space for storage, or for an office, living space or a workshop. Door and window openings can be modified to work best for you.

Our 24’ X 40’ barns go back to the 1980s. They have been built in many states, including Utah, Colorado, Maine, New York, Washington, Massachusetts and more. Their classic style, with the 12:12 roof pitch, fits in anywhere-as a rural animal barn, an urban or suburban garage or workshop-or wherever your imagination takes you.
