Cost factors include the size and dimensions of the building, options selected, siding sheathing, type of roofing, and design features.
Where you live can also affect the cost of your plan—especially if your building site experiences snow, wind, seismic, or wildfire conditions.

NOTE: If required by your building officials, we can provide engineer-stamped drawings for an additional fee.
